Shuffle & Roll Online
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Aristocracy Gaming (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Shuffle & Roll Online mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to the practices described here. If you have any questions or requests, contact us at aristocracygamesdev@gmail.com.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
- Email address and password when you create an account. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address (or Apple's private relay address) from that provider instead of a password.
- Username and display name that you choose.
- A user ID assigned to your account, used throughout the App (friends, clubs, lobbies, match history).
- If you enable two-factor authentication, we store the enrollment state; your authenticator secrets are held by our sign-in provider (Amazon Cognito) and are never visible to us in plaintext.
Gameplay information
- Game session records and a log of the moves you make in each game, kept so games can be validated, replayed after a disconnect, and reviewed if another player reports suspected cheating.
- Win/loss/draw statistics and head-to-head records.
- Friends lists, club memberships, party (lobby) membership, and online-presence status.
Device and technical information
- A per-install device identifier (Apple's identifier for vendor) and, if you allow notifications, an Apple push notification token, used to deliver push notifications you have opted into.
- When you submit a bug report or feedback: your app version, build number, iOS version, and device model.
Support content you submit
- Bug reports: your description, the technical details above, your current game context, and an optional screenshot of the App captured when you initiate the report.
- Player reports: the category and details you provide. To evaluate the report, we also snapshot the reported player's profile name and, where relevant, the game session and its move log.
- Feedback and game suggestions: the text you submit.
Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. We store an entitlement flag on your account (for example, whether you purchased Remove Ads).
2. Advertising
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, with Unity Ads participating through Google's mediation. These partners collect data through their SDKs in the App, including:
- Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) — only if you allow tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt;
- Ad interaction data (which ads you've seen and interactions with them) and product interaction data (such as app launches and taps);
- Coarse (country-level) location estimated from your IP address, used for ad delivery and regulatory compliance;
- Purchase-tendency signals used by Unity Ads for advertising and analytics;
- Diagnostic data such as crash logs and performance metrics relating to the ad SDKs.
Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), Google's consent form is shown before ads initialize, and you can change your choices there at any time. On all devices, iOS asks for permission before the IDFA is shared; if you decline, ads still appear but are not personalized using cross-app identifiers.
Ways to limit ad data use:
- Decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn tracking off later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking;
- Purchase Remove Ads, which removes ad serving from the App entirely;
- Review our partners' policies: Google Privacy Policy · How Google uses data from partner apps · Unity Privacy Policy.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate the App: accounts, sign-in, multiplayer games, matchmaking, parties, friends, clubs, and statistics;
- To validate moves server-side and investigate cheating or abuse reports (service integrity);
- To deliver push notifications you have enabled (you can turn each category off in the App's Notification Settings, or disable them in iOS Settings);
- To respond to bug reports, player reports, and feedback;
- To show ads (see Section 2) unless you purchase Remove Ads;
- To restore your purchases and honor entitlements.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Advertising partners — Google AdMob and Unity Ads, as described in Section 2. Under California law, the ad SDKs' use of identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing”; Section 8 explains your opt-out.
- Amazon Web Services — our infrastructure provider, which hosts all backend data on our behalf;
- Apple — for sign-in with Apple, in-app purchases, push notifications, and Game Center. If you use Game Center, scores you earn may be submitted to leaderboards under your Game Center profile, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy;
- Law enforcement or others where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
- Bug reports, player reports, and feedback (including screenshots) are automatically deleted 90 days after submission.
- Account and gameplay data are kept while your account exists.
- You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the App under Profile → Delete Account. You may also contact us at aristocracygamesdev@gmail.com from the email address on the account; we will act on verified requests within 30 days. Match logs from games you played against other players are retained in anonymized form (they are no longer linked to you once your account is deleted).
6. Security
All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito; passwords are never stored in a readable form. Backend data is encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least-privilege access and validate game actions server-side.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us at aristocracygamesdev@gmail.com and we will delete it.
8. Your Privacy Rights
European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)
We process your data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (accounts, gameplay, multiplayer features), consent (personalized advertising, collected via the consent form and the iOS tracking prompt), and legitimate interests (security, anti-cheat, and service integrity). You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. You may withdraw advertising consent at any time via the iOS tracking setting or the in-app privacy options, without affecting the App's core features. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories described in Section 1: identifiers (email, user ID, device identifiers), account information, user content (support submissions, gameplay records), purchase entitlements, usage data, and diagnostics. We do not sell personal information. The ad partners' collection described in Section 2 may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising; you can opt out by declining the iOS tracking prompt (or disabling it in iOS Settings), which stops the IDFA from being shared with our ad partners. You have the right to know, correct, and delete the personal information we hold about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email aristocracygamesdev@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
